Host Company Description:

The host company is a family-owned, children’s furniture manufacturer and distributer located in New York City. It sells its products at major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Amazon, or at small, local shops. They donate ten percent of all profits towards improving the lives of underprivileged children by giving back to the communities that need help the most.

Position Description:

• Oversee & optimize daily operations of Shopify e-store
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance site performance, user experience, & mobile responsiveness
• Develop & execute marketing strategies to drive high-qualify traffic & increase conversion rates.
• Design & run experiments to optimize landing & product pages, and marketing funnels
• Utilize AI & LLM technologies to streamline workflows, enhance customer interactions, and improve decision-making processes
• Optimize product listings, pricing, & promotions to maximize revenue. Oversee and manage advertising budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success.

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, you must be an undergraduate student of E-Commerce OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
• To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce and at least 1 year of work experience OR be a career professional of 5 or more years in related field.
• Applicants must speak advanced English
• Experience with Shopify, API integrations, AI models, digital marketing, SEO, Scrum, Kanban
• Understanding of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies
