Applicant Qualifications:

  • To apply for the Internship program, you must be an undergraduate student of business management / marketing OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
  • To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing and at least 1 year of work experience OR be a career professional of 5 or more years in related field.
  • Applicants must speak advanced English
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Training Duties Include:

  • Research clients in the U.S., understand their business & drivers and assess their potential
  • Cold call, set-up meetings, deliver inspiring product presentations that insists on the unique of brand and products, build pertinent business proposals, prospect and create new business opportunities on market segments assigned
  • Follow-up, ensure their satisfaction and their recurring purchase
  • Report on competitor activities, market opportunities and trends & intelligence
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
  • Grow existing accounts, open new ones, cross-fertilize by replicating best practices across market segments and providing testimonials close sale
  • Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline of clients on Excel and Salesforce
  • Report weekly to the direct manager in your Sales & KPI’s vs objectives
